My pricing is structured as either a flat planning fee or 15% of your overall event budget — whichever is greater.
Every event is different. The flat fee covers the foundational planning and production required to execute your celebration seamlessly, while the percentage model allows the investment to scale alongside the scope, complexity, and design level of your event.
This structure keeps things flexible and transparent. If your vision expands, your planning support expands with it — without constant contract revisions or surprise add-ons.
You’ll pay one total: either the quoted flat fee or 15% of your final event budget — never both.
