When you want a bit more involvement in planning your day. We will focus on designing the complete concept, palette and vision for your wedding - and at a month prior, our coordinating team will take over and work with all vendors so we can run your timeline with perfection.

Event Design

If you need extra support with design, colors, style, décor, floral, lighting and the overall ambiance of your wedding this is a great place to start. We begin with our Design Questionnaire that helps get to know you and your fiancé, your style, and what aspects of the wedding are most important to you. We provide the absolute best recommendations that match your style, budget and vision in lighting, furniture, linens, rentals and florals and other décor items. Although we spearhead the design process, we work in collaboration with you and your florist, venue, rental and décor companies to pull your design together.

Wedding Day Management
STARTING AT $2,500
Our version of coordination. This is for the couple that wants to enjoy the day but also have a little help in the planning! We start working with our clients right away by being a resource on timeline and sending personalized vendor recommendations as needed. Although we really dive in 2 months out, we are in touch and available as a resource throughout your planning process. This comprehensive package includes up to 12 hours on the wedding day, and many hours of planning prior to your wedding. We know handling the logistics and details can be stressful, so let us handle them! This package allows you celebrate your wedding with peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of, so you can focus on the meaning behind the day.

● Rehearsal Coordination and Instruction (1- Hour)
● Complete wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours) with two Coordinators
● Greet and assist all vendors with the proper set- up and design of ceremony & reception areas
● Set up all personal reception items including Place cards, guestbook favors, photographs, candy bar, specialty linens, gift table, ceremony programs, menu cards.
● Act as the "Go-To" person for all vendors and wedding parties to ensure the bride and groom can relax and enjoy their day.
● Communicate with all catering staff and banquet captain
● Make sure the ceremony and reception site set up is completed and decorated to your specifications.
● Manage the timing of events for the bride and groom, family, wedding party, and vendors.
● Be there by your side and available for any emergencies - Emergency Kit is included and always with us
● Line up and cue the Wedding Party when it's time to walk down the aisle
● Ensure the day runs on schedule to make sure you get all of your special touches in
● Keep track of, organize and pack everything up for you at the end of the evening
● Collect all of your wedding gifts and personal decor and pack designated car
