SARAH + KIRAN

FULL PLANNING + DESIGN

The Renaissance Depot // Minneapolis, MN

An abundant amount of magic was created for Sarah and Kiran's October wedding day! To celebrate the union of two fantastic families from different cultures, we orchestrated multiple celebrations throughout the day. With five distinct events taking place, we ensured that the overall design was cohesive, blending the richness of Hindu colors with the sophistication of a metropolitan wedding, setting up an incredible foundation for the entire day.

We kicked off the morning with a Baraat, where our groom, accompanied by guests, processed into the ceremony dancing to live music. This was followed by a traditional Hindu Telugu Wedding Ceremony. The couple exchanged vows beneath a Mandap decorated with vibrant, stunning flowers, surrounded by their families and loved ones. The aisle was lined with flowers, and a long, white aisle runner ran up the center. Despite the large guest count, this ceremony felt intimate and beautiful in every sense.

After the Hindu ceremony, guests were invited to a luncheon while the bride and groom prepared for the final two events of the day - the Western Ceremony and Reception.

At the time of the Western ceremony, guests were once again welcomed into the ballroom. Although the room itself remained the same, the decor and design were entirely transformed, signifying the start of a new celebration. This time, floral pillars marked the start of the aisle, and tall floral arches graced the altar.

Guests then proceeded to the cocktail hour while we transformed the room once more for the reception. With a mix of tall and short floral centerpieces, elegant table settings, and leather-bound books serving as table numbers, the room metamorphosed into yet another spectacular celebration.
