The Whim // Minneapolis, MN

The union of Billie and Joe was designed to perfectly capture their love story. It was a true celebration of the Northeast where the couple lives, works and plays.

With an emphasis on bright color and fun stylistic elements, both the ceremony and reception showcased the couple’s personality. Whether it was the colorful floral, disco ball installation, or unique glassware, we created an overall design that was vibrant and fun.  

In order to perfectly pull the design together, we worked with local graphic designer, Gabe Schmidt, to create design moments that celebrated the couple and the neighborhood they love. One of our favorite elements were the custom menus inspired by a pizza restaurant. 

Giving each guest table a color palette, and creating a statement with a rainbow head table, we elevated the venue and added so much dimension to the room. Tomato cans were also utilized on tables as en extra design detail. 

This wedding is proof that focusing on intentional details can make all the difference. Forever dreaming about this magical and fun day!
